First, I would drag them outside of my precious Amadeus and kill them by an overdose of medicines in order not to damage their skin. Then, I would take a scalpel and carefully slit their back vertically along the spine, horizontally below the shoulder blades, and horizontally above the waist so that I would have flaps to open up the corpse. After that, I would proceed to remove all their insides including skeleton, body tissue, organs, and clean the remaining skin. Following that, I would use preservatives to maintain the skin for long term use. Finally, I would stuff the skin pouch with tremendous amounts of cotton so that they would be like a new teddy bear, sow up the back, and then dress it up. It would sit next to Amadeus, after I repair him. :) Satisfactory answer?
